Process Driven Success
Launch Factory is a Venture Studio that employs a highly systematic approach to launching startups. This process provides a clear guide to vetting opportunities, developing strategy, and launching companies. We believe that process is the cornerstone to startup success and our teams prioritize high-performance business operations and planning.
Poor management, due diligence, timing, and other aspects of business operations represent the largest source of failures for startups – not ideas and technologies as many would assume. Launch Factory leverages its rigorous due diligence and strategy processes to mitigate risks in business operations and increase the success rate of its startup companies.
Launch Factory uses a unique competitive format to identify founders for our startups. Our strategic planning process then identifies remaining skills gaps and helps us build the right leadership team around the founders.
Launch Factory identifies and develops our ideas internally, relying on a structured screening and due diligence process to select the best ideas for pursuit.
Launch Factory provides pre-seed funding for each company with a modest salary for each
